Do you offer Acrylic Nails?

We do not offer acrylic nails, we are specialized in GelX nails and Gel Manicure.You can still get longer nails, shapes and designs with both services.

Is nail repair free?

Nail repair is not free and there is a $15 charge.

Why is there a deposit?

Your deposit is to guarantee your booking, the deposit goes towards your choice of service.

You are able to reschedule once with same deposit.

All deposits are non-refundable.

What is the cancellation policy?

Same day cancellation results in being charged for the full service fee that you booked appointment for.

What if I am late to my appointment?

If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, the appointment will be cancelled and you will lose your deposit. You will need to rebook and pay another deposit. Please always let us know if you are late.

If you are late up to 10 minutes, $10 late fee will be applied to your total .

For No call No show or less than 2 hours notice you will be charged for the full service.

Are my kids allowed to come to my appointment?

We do our best to provide a great experience for you, therefore please contact your service provider before bringing kids.

Kids under age of 10 are not allowed.
